Our semi-automatic flat labeling machine is capable of labeling a variety of flat surfaces on different products. Additionally, it supports optional ribbon coders or inkjet printers to print production dates and batch numbers directly on the labels, achieving a seamless coding-labeling integration.
Working Principle: The machine operates by using a sensor to detect the product’s position or a foot pedal signal. Once detected, the suction head descends to apply the label and press it into place. The head then retracts to pick up the next label and waits for the next signal to begin the labeling cycle.
Operation Process: The process starts with placing the product on the machine. Once the sensor detects the product’s position (either automatically or manually), the machine proceeds to apply and press the label automatically. Finally, the labeled product is removed, and the machine is ready for the next item.
